For large party reservations, please email us at hello@magnapdx.com.
Our policy for large parties is as follows:
A large party is a party of 7 or more, but less than 15. We are a small restaurant, so anything above 15 would be considered a partial or full buyout.
We require a $25-per-head deposit that will be made via OpenTable.
The minimum spend is $50-per-head which includes both food and drink, before the 20% service charge.
If you must cancel, please do so 3 days before your reservation. If you cancel in the 48 hours before your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit.
-
We have a fifteen-minute grace period for all reservations. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can note it. If we do not hear from you and you do not show up, we will consider it a no-show and charge a $25-per-head no-show fee.
On busy days like Fridays and Saturdays, we are often fully booked. Each reservation is held for an allotted timeframe because of this. With that being said, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping your dining time to 1.5 hours for smaller parties and 2 hours for larger parties.
For large parties (7 or more), we require a deposit of $25-per-head that goes toward the cost of the check. If the reservation is cancelled within the 48 hours before it is scheduled, we will consider that a late cancellation and you will forfeit the deposit. Large parties are also required a minimum spend of $50-per-head including food and drink.

The 20% service fee is applied to all checks, regardless of party size. This service fee goes towards our staff—both front and back of house—and allows for us to pay higher wages rather than having them rely on tips. This also allows for our staff to have a consistent and predictable paycheck.
While adding an extra tip is appreciated, it is not required. When you do, we evenly distribute the tip between each staff member on shift.

We’re sorry we missed you! We’re a small restaurant, so it often gets busy to the point where we are unable to answer the phone. Please leave a detailed message including your name, phone number, and what you are inquiring about. If you’d prefer, you are also welcome to email us at hello@magnapdx.com.

Sorry about that! We change our menu periodically, so it’s possible that the item you’re looking for was taken off or will be added soon!
Our staples that never come off the menu include pancit bihon, lumpiang shanghai, sisig, and our signature dish: Mom’s Crab Fat Noodles.
While we don’t take menu item requests, we welcome any suggestions for future dishes!
